Mrs. Wish's El Rancho Beans
Instructions:
In an 8 quart Dutch oven, mix beans, beef broth, water, parsley and green onions. Bring it to a boil and then reduce heat and let simmer (uncovered if using canned beans, covered if using dried beans) for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in skillet; drain well. Transfer meat mixture to Dutch oven; and add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
